What women ask before we start.

I've tried everything. Why is this different?

Because it's built for you, not for an algorithm. Every program starts with a real conversation about your body, your history, and your obstacles. No template. No shame about what hasn't worked before. Most women who've "tried everything" were trying everything that wasn't designed for their body.

Will I get bulky if I lift weights?

No. Female physiology doesn't bulk easily. That's a myth recycled for decades. Strength training builds lean muscle, tightens connective tissue, and gives you the shape most women say they want. The bodies you admire on social media? They're lifting.

Do you offer online coaching or only in-person?

Both. Online coaching includes a custom program, weekly check-ins, video form reviews, and direct messaging access to me. In-person training is limited to my local area. Many clients run a hybrid: in-person when they can, online for the weeks they can't.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Honest answer: 0.5 to 1.5 lbs of fat per week is sustainable. Faster than that usually costs you muscle, energy, and the result. The goal is body composition, not scale weight. Most clients see real change in 4 to 8 weeks and dramatic change in 12 to 24.

I have an injury / medical condition. Can you still help?

Probably yes, depending on what it is. The assessment asks for the full picture. If your situation needs medical clearance or a specialist, I'll tell you honestly and refer you out. We don't program around uncertainty.
