Every client follows the same five-stage protocol. The stages don't change. What changes is the depth of work at each one — based on your assessment, your body, and what you actually need.

This is the work behind the results. The reason clients who finish the protocol don't go back to the start-stop cycle is the protocol itself.

01 · ASSESSMENT

20 questions, one call

The free assessment + a 15-minute call. We see if we're a fit. No pitch, no pressure. Most clients leave the call knowing whether to start, whether to wait, or whether someone else is the better coach for them right now.

02 · BASELINE

Measure honestly

Body composition (when meaningful), strength numbers, mobility checks, photos, sleep average, stress rating. The starting line. We need the truth to know if the work is working.

03 · PLAN

Programming + nutrition

Built around your body, your schedule, your goals. Training program, nutrition strategy, habit anchors. Every piece has a reason you'll understand.

04 · EXECUTE

Weekly check-ins

You train. I review form videos, your weekly check-in, your numbers. We adjust every week. Most coaches mail you a plan and disappear. I'm with you the whole time.

05 · EVOLVE

Graduation

The goal isn't to keep you forever. It's to teach you to coach yourself. Most clients graduate after 6–18 months with the knowledge, habits, and confidence to keep going. The body change is permanent because you built it.
