The coach behind your evolution.
Bilingual personal trainer. Fat loss specialist. Strength coach. The honest second opinion for women who've tried the rest.
Book Your AssessmentHi — I'm Jenny.
I've sat where you're sitting. The starts and stops. Diets that worked for a month, workouts that felt like punishment, a mirror that wouldn't cooperate. The shame around food. The exhaustion of trying to want it more.
I know what it feels like to do everything right on paper and see nothing move. To lose the weight and gain it back twice. To walk into a gym and feel like everyone else got a manual you didn't.
That's why I do this work. Not because I have a perfect body or a perfect story. Because I know how lonely it gets when no one's done it with you, and how fast that changes when someone has.
— Jenny
Real coaching for real women.
Three things make EVOLVE by Jenny different from another influencer plan, another challenge, another app.
Female physiology first
Hormonal cycles, menstrual phases, perimenopause, postpartum, sleep, stress. These aren't footnotes. They're the program. Most plans were built for men and shrunk down for women. Mine starts the other way around.
Sustainable by design
Fast results you can't hold onto aren't results. They're the setup for the next round. We build the body and the habits to keep it, so the work holds when life gets hard.
English & Español
Every assessment, plan, and check-in is available in fluent Spanish. The work is hard enough. You shouldn't have to do it in your second language.
Because the fitness industry wasn't built for us.
Walk into most gyms and look at who they were built for. The equipment, the marketing, the music, the trainers yelling at the back of the room. The fitness industry was built for men, by men, with women treated as an afterthought market they had to make space for.
That afterthought is why so many women have spent years bouncing between programs that almost work. Calorie-cut diets that ignore hormones. Strength programs that don't account for how women's bodies adapt differently than men's. Recovery protocols designed for a 22-year-old male athlete, handed to a 38-year-old mother of two who slept six hours.
I built EVOLVE because women deserve coaching designed for their bodies. Not adapted. Not modified. Designed.
What that actually looks like
It looks like a program that adjusts your training intensity based on where you are in your cycle. Nutrition that accounts for how your body holds onto fat under stress and high cortisol, instead of pretending you can will-power through it. Strength work that builds the curves you want, not the leanness that makes you disappear.
It also looks like coaching that respects the rest of your life. The kids, the job, the partner, the energy bank you draw down on a regular Tuesday. Programs built for women have to fit into the lives women actually live. That's non-negotiable for me.
What I won't do
I won't sell you a 7-day cleanse. I won't put you on 1,200 calories. I won't tell you cardio is the answer to fat loss. I won't shame you for not "wanting it enough." And I won't pretend the answer is willpower, mindset, or another supplement.
I'll tell you honestly what the science says about your body. I'll tell you honestly when something I'm doing isn't working and we need to change. And I'll tell you honestly that the timeline you want and the timeline your body needs are usually different. We'll work toward the right one.
The right fit for honest work.
Day-one women
Never touched a weight. No idea where to start. Overwhelmed by every gym you've walked into. We start at zero. The plan grows with you.
Returning to your body
Used to train. Life happened. Pregnancy, surgery, a hard year. You're ready to come back, and you want it to stick this time.
Mom comebacks
Six weeks out, six months out, six years out. Diastasis screening, pelvic-floor-aware programming, the patience and precision postpartum bodies actually need.
The high-demand woman
Career on fire, kids at home, calendar full. Programs that work in 30 to 45 minutes, three or four days a week. No filler.
Already strong
You've trained. You can deadlift. You just need a real coach to dial in the next phase: strength, recomp, performance, longevity.
Mujeres bilingües
Spanish-speaking clients welcome at every step. Programs, check-ins, and conversations in your language. The way it should be.
What working with me really looks like.
You'll talk to me, not a chatbot
I'm not running a coaching app where you message a "team." When you send me a question, I'm the one answering. When your check-in comes in, I'm reading every word. The coaching is personal because I'm the one doing it.
The first 4 weeks are the foundation
We don't sprint to results. The first month teaches your body to move well, fuels it correctly, and starts tracking the right metrics. Most women feel different by week 2. Most see real change by week 6. Most clients who stay through month 3 change for good.
Honesty is part of the deal
If you're not following the plan, I'll ask why. If the plan isn't working, I'll change it. If we need a hard conversation, we'll have one. Kindness and honesty aren't opposites. They work together.
Plateaus aren't failures
Every body hits them. Real coaching is what happens during a plateau, not when results come easy. We treat them as data, not proof you failed. The body always has a reason. Our job is to find it.
This isn't forever
The goal isn't to keep you in coaching forever. The goal is to teach you to coach yourself. Most clients work with me for a focused stretch (6 months, 12, 18) then graduate with the knowledge and habits to keep going on their own.
Things women ask me all the time.
What are your credentials?
NASM Certified personal trainer, health coach, and women's strength specialist. Credentials matter, but they're not why you should hire me. I'd rather you trust how I work than what's on my wall. We'll get into specifics on the consultation.
Where are you located?
Online coaching is available worldwide. In-person training is local. We'll confirm the area on the consult. Most clients work with me online for the flexibility.
How much does coaching cost?
Programs start at a flat monthly rate that scales with how much support you want: online program-only, full coaching with weekly check-ins, or premium hybrid with in-person sessions. The assessment is free. We talk pricing on the call once I know what you actually need.
How long until I see results?
Strength gains show in 2 to 3 weeks. Body-composition changes show in 4 to 8 weeks. The lasting stuff, the kind that changes how you live in your body, takes 3 to 6 months of honest work. Anyone promising faster is selling you something that won't hold.
What if I don't have a gym?
Most online clients train at home with a basic setup: dumbbells, resistance bands, sometimes a bench. I program for what you have, not for an ideal gym. Equipment recommendations are honest. I won't tell you to buy a $3,000 home gym.
How is this different from a fitness app?
An app gives you the same plan it gave 50,000 other women. I give you a plan built from your assessment, your check-ins, and the conversations we have along the way. Apps don't adjust when your hormones shift, your job blows up, or your body stops responding. I do.
What's the first step?
The assessment. Twenty honest questions, five minutes, English or Spanish. I read every word and respond within 24 hours with whether we're a fit and what to do next. Start it here.
What the work looks like.
Real sessions. Real reps. No filters, no choreography. Just the work done well.
Let's see if we're a fit.
The assessment takes five minutes. Then we talk. No pitch, no pressure. An honest conversation about your body and your goals.
